Your role will also involve filing documents with the courts using both traditional and electronic filing methods, which requires attention to detail and an understanding of legal procedures. General clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, photocopying, collating, and faxing will also be part of your daily responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Document account/file activity in accordance with the Firm and client policies into the Firm's system of record.
  • Generate pleadings and other legal documents for attorney review.
  • File documents with the courts via traditional and electronic filing methods.
  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, scanning, photocopying, collating, and faxing.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Responsible individual who can work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with basic office hardware such as scanners, fax machines, and copiers.
