In this position, the Legal Administrative Assistant will assist with preparing and filing legal documents, managing internal case organization, and handling time entries, expense reports, and travel arrangements for attorneys. The role also includes answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and performing other general administrative duties as needed. The candidate must be willing to work in Juno Beach, with some flexibility for remote work, making it important for the individual to be adaptable and organized. Employees in this role will perform diversified and confidential administrative duties, applying their broad experience and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. The position requires independent judgment in accordance with organizational standards, and the candidate will be expected to interact with various departments and outside agencies to resolve issues as they arise. Additionally, the Legal Administrative Assistant will audit and process invoices, work on special projects, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role.
