  • Monitor conference room scheduling software to determine catering and technology needs for scheduled meetings.
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings, including coordination with IS, furniture reconfiguration, and catering needs.

Requirements

  • Administrative experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with expenses is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
