We are currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position involves performing various administrative and clerical tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office or law firm environment and will be responsible for a range of duties that support our attorneys and enhance our client service. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to handle tasks such as scanning documents, answering phones, processing mail, photocopying, filing, faxing, and performing general office duties. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, are essential, along with familiarity with shipping services like FedEx and UPS. Previous experience in a law firm is highly preferred, and excellent communication skills are a must to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
