About the position

The Legal Analyst, Data Analytics position involves partnering with the Legal and Compliance department to assist with data management and visualization initiatives. The role requires a strong analytical background and the ability to work onsite in Chicago at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assists with operations support for the Legal and Compliance department, including conducting research and data analysis, writing formulas in Excel, report generation, and coordination of strategic planning processes.
• Interprets, presents, and distills a variety of data to produce meaningful, actionable insights.
• Prepares accurate and timely reports and visual presentations tailored for management and other interested parties.
• Identifies opportunities for increasing efficiency and effectiveness of operations processes and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an analyst with integral knowledge of Excel and experience supporting senior executives preferred.
• Experience with PowerBI.
• Prior experience with data management and data visualizations.
