This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys within a fast-paced legal environment, ensuring efficient case management and communication among all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys in a personal injury practice.
• Assist with case preparation, document management, and filings.
• Draft and review legal documents, including correspondence and reports.
• Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and other relevant parties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a legal assistant or paralegal role, with a strong focus on Personal Injury.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Westlaw.
