About the position

As a Legal Assistant in the Insurance Defense sector, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys by managing a variety of complex tasks that are essential to the success of our law offices. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of legal documents and correspondences, such as motions and pleadings, which are critical in the legal process. You will utilize your prior experience to provide administrative support, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely. In this position, you will also be responsible for managing attorney calendars, scheduling and coordinating examinations for defense experts, and communicating with clients regarding relevant aspects of their cases. Your role will require you to maintain organized files, answer phone calls, and perform other assigned administrative duties. This hybrid position allows for occasional travel to the office for meetings and training, and candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of the office they support. Your ability to work independently while handling highly confidential information will be crucial. You will be expected to demonstrate effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills, which are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues alike. Responsibilities

Requirements
