The firm is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, with multiple office locations throughout the United States. Currently, Zwicker is seeking a Litigation Operations Assistant to join its Judgement Processing team. This position is crucial for ensuring that all required reporting is prepared and submitted accurately and in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, summarizing, and monitoring relevant issues related to judgment details, as well as performing various administrative support tasks as assigned. The Litigation Operations Assistant will play a key role in reviewing judgments from multiple states to determine their accuracy. This includes entering financial details of judgments into the firm's databases and software, preparing summaries of judgments using Microsoft Word mail merge processes, and communicating with branch sites in each state to correct errors or clarify details necessary for reconciling financials. The position requires a strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage time effectively while adhering to the standard operating procedures set forth by the firm and its clients. The base hourly rate for this position is $18.00, and it is a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Review judgments from multiple states to determine accuracy
  • Enter the financial details of judgments into firm databases and software
  • Prepare summaries of judgments using Microsoft Word mail merge processes
  • Communicate with branch sites in each state when errors need correction or clarification is required to reconcile financials or other details of the judgment
  • Perform basic scanning and copying tasks
  • Comply with all applicable standard operating procedures set forth by the Firm and its clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned
