About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our real estate litigation team focused on consumer protection. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by managing various administrative tasks and assisting with case preparation. The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to engage effectively with clients. While we prefer candidates with specific experience, we are open to considering individuals who may not meet all the listed qualifications but demonstrate a genuine interest in the legal profession and a willingness to learn. As a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, you will be responsible for preparing pleadings, exhibits, and documents for production, as well as filing documents electronically and through vendors in both state and federal court. This position may require overtime depending on deadlines, and it is essential that you can work independently while also being a collaborative team member. We follow strict COVID-19 protocols to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, and this is an in-person position. Responsibilities
