Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and track important deadlines
  • Prepare estate administration binders
  • Draft letters and handle client correspondence
  • Input data into our database and assist with asset retitling
  • Sort, scan mail, open/close matters, and potentially serve as notary for clients
  • Place calls to clients, financial institutions, and courts

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a law firm (preferably with trusts and estates)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in probate or trust administration preferred, though not required
