Medpace is currently seeking a full-time, office-based Contracts Assistant to join our Clinical Operations team. This position is integral to our global activities, which are expanding rapidly. As a Contracts Assistant, you will work collaboratively within a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are essential to the company's success. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day departmental and project support, focusing on general contract administrative duties. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our contract negotiation and execution processes. In this role, you will assist with the preparation of final contract documentation, working closely with study teams and study centers to ensure all necessary information is accurately captured and communicated. You will also perform various administrative tasks as needed to support successful contract negotiations and executions. Quality control is a critical aspect of this position, and you will conduct reviews of departmental documents to maintain high standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining databases and project-specific status reports, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
