The legal assistant will assist in scheduling meetings and depositions, creating and sending electronic links to clients and vendors, and preparing correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions. Additionally, the role involves electronic filing of legal documents in State and Federal Courts, working independently or collaboratively on ongoing projects, and following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
