About the position

The Legal Assistant position in Louisville, CO, is a full-time role that requires in-office presence. The primary responsibility of the Legal Assistant is to support and assist assigned attorneys in all aspects of their work, reporting directly to the assigned attorneys and the Firm's Equity Partners. This role also involves providing support to other legal assistants and attorneys as needed, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment. The Legal Assistant will engage in a variety of tasks, including document drafting and review, managing email communications, and assisting with correspondence. Additionally, the role requires making travel arrangements and planning meetings, handling expense reimbursements, and maintaining attorney calendars and time entries. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for both electronic and hard copy file management, managing attorney scheduling and meetings, and providing litigation support. Other duties may be assigned as necessary, reflecting the dynamic nature of the legal environment. To excel in this position, the Legal Assistant must possess strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The role demands the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight, demonstrating flexibility, good judgment, discretion, and a strong work ethic. Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office 2013/2016, Outlook, Adobe, NetDocuments, and Clio software programs, is essential for success in this role.
