Responsibilities

  • Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical files.
  • Answer phones, greet clients, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations and provide support where needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, document management systems).
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
  • Able to type 50 wpm.
  • Legal experience is required.
