Responsibilities

  • Setting hearings and managing attorney calendars
  • Docketing and filing legal documents
  • Drafting motions and pleadings
  • Transcribing dictation
  • E-filing and E-service of documents
  • Assisting attorneys with case preparation and management

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of recent experience in a legal office, with a strong preference for commercial litigation
  • Knowledge of setting hearings, docketing, drafting motions, pleadings, and transcribing dictation
  • Proficiency in E-filing and E-service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
