About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our team at Benme Corp in Sweetwater, FL. In this full-time position, you will provide essential administrative support to both clients and the supervisory unit, acting as a vital link between them. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting the necessary documents to prepare legal cases, performing basic administrative tasks, and ensuring that all documents and evidence required for each case are organized, analyzed, and kept up to date. You will guarantee the completeness, coherence, and order of all documentation, forming a collaborative work team with clients to develop the process at each stage, while adhering to the strict parameters and processes designed by our firm. The ideal candidate for this role is hardworking, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating documentation, preparing case-specific documents, and ensuring that all case-related documents are well organized and readily available for review. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support and assist clients according to their particular needs, adapting your approach to each stage of their immigration process. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or currently studying in the legal field (not limited).
  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system is preferred.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with document management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent research skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and case management software.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is required.
