As the Labor & Employment Legal Content Analyst at LexisNexis Legal & Professional, you will play a crucial role in the upkeep and enhancement of content within the Labor & Employment practice area. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, owning, and executing the content upkeep process, ensuring that all Practical Guidance content is current and relevant. This will involve performing legal research and editorial tasks to update existing content, monitoring changes in the law, and drafting or revising various types of content such as templates, practice notes, and checklists. You will also oversee and execute content remediation projects aimed at improving the customer experience, ensuring that all content adheres to established editorial processes and style guidelines. In addition to content management, you will be responsible for improving operational effectiveness by standardizing and streamlining processes, creating documentation, and making recommendations for continuous improvement in the editorial workflow. Meeting or exceeding production and quality requirements will be a key aspect of your role, as will participating in training and performing additional tasks as assigned. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent legal research and writing skills, and the ability to maintain an organized workflow while ensuring accuracy through close attention to detail.
