About the position

The Legal Content Writer at Robinson & Henry, P.C. is responsible for creating engaging long-form content that addresses legal issues affecting everyday Coloradans. This in-office role involves researching and writing articles that not only inform but also captivate potential clients, ensuring they engage fully with the content. The writer will collaborate with the marketing team and attorneys to develop relevant content ideas based on current legal trends and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Research and write long-form articles and blog posts on legal issues affecting Coloradans.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas based on trending legal issues and cases.
• Transform complex legal topics into engaging stories that attract and educate potential clients.
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Submit writing samples and complete a pre-interview writing assignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in journalism or English.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in writing or journalism.
• Strong research skills.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of traditional and/or headless CMS.
• Must reside in Colorado.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in print, online, or radio/TV reporting.
• Knowledge of LexisNexis or similar research sites.
