As a Legal Customer Service Representative at Love's Travel Stops & Country Store, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our members, attorneys, and associates. This position requires a strong commitment to quality communication and efficiency, as you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You will be expected to maintain an average call handle time of no more than 6 ½ minutes while managing a minimum of 7 inbound calls per hour. Your ability to follow up effectively and document interactions accurately will be key to your success in this role. In addition to customer service duties, you will support translation efforts for calls and documents, ensuring clear communication between members and various stakeholders, including attorneys and courts. This bilingual aspect of the role is essential, as you will be required to translate between English and Arabic. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate member files and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed correctly. Your role will involve ongoing training and development to meet company standards, and you will be expected to communicate effectively with your supervisor and team members through various virtual channels. The position is remote, allowing you to work from home while maintaining a structured schedule of 40 hours per week, typically from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. You will need to demonstrate good attendance and be proactive in managing your leave requests.
