The specialist will be responsible for labeling projects, reviewing data for consistency, and providing insights into French-speaking audiences, all while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Label new and existing projects in French accurately, ensuring cultural and contextual appropriateness.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to gather information for effective labeling.
• Review and edit labels for consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all AI projects.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure labeled data meets high standards.
• Stay updated with cultural trends and linguistic changes within French-speaking communities.
• Interpret complex legal documents in both English and French and provide accurate translations.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in French, with written communication skills in both English and French.
• Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with data annotation, linguistic annotation, and data markup.
• Strong understanding of linguistic principles and legal terminology in both English and French.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Qualified degree in Law.
• Familiarity with Regex and SQL.
