About the position
The Legal Intake Specialist at The Bourassa Law Group is responsible for being the first point of contact for new clients, providing them with comfort and empathy during the onboarding process. This role involves managing client needs promptly and accurately, ensuring that clients have everything they need to succeed from day one. The position requires a tech-savvy individual with a positive attitude who can build strong relationships with clients and work effectively with various software tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, providing comfort and empathy.
- Assist clients through the information gathering process to set them up for success.
- Promptly and accurately manage client needs to ensure the firm has what is needed to help.
- Act as a Client Concierge with regular follow-up contact to ensure clients have everything they need.
Requirements
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Experience with CRM software such as Lawmatics or Clio
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Nice-to-haves
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience in legal intake (4 years preferred)
- Experience in healthcare or sales operations
