About the position

The Legal IT Support Analyst position at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is a contract role that offers flexibility in work location, allowing candidates to work either in a hybrid model from Philadelphia or fully remotely. This position is designed for individuals who are comfortable with technology and have some familiarity with eDiscovery systems, particularly Relativity. The primary responsibilities include managing the clearing and deleting of archived workspaces within the Relativity system, as well as handling data management tasks on ERD machines. The role may also involve archiving older workspaces and performing quality control on file sizes during data transfers. While expertise in eDiscovery is not a strict requirement, candidates should possess a strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clearing and deleting archived workspaces in Relativity (eDiscovery system).
• Copying and deleting data from ERD machines.
• Potentially archiving older workspaces.
• Performing quality control on file sizes copied or transferred from ERD to specified locations.

Requirements

• Familiarity with technology and eDiscovery systems, preferably Relativity.
• Ability to manage data effectively and perform quality control tasks.
