About the position

Eastridge Workforce Solutions Legal team has an opening for a Legal Litigation Secretary at a Honolulu law firm. This individual will support up to four assigned attorneys with civil and commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of strong litigation experience at a law firm. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days in the office per week, and the hours are 8:30 am-5:00 pm. The role involves a variety of litigation and administrative tasks that are crucial for the smooth operation of the legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for court filings (both state and federal), e-filings, creating and editing legal documents, time entry, and expense reimbursement. Additionally, the secretary will coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars for the attorneys, as well as maintain attorney contact lists. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong typing skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn new software as needed.
