About the position

The Legal Office and Hospitality Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small to medium site, managing a team, and ensuring the delivery of contracted services such as copy, courier, managed print, hospitality, imaging, and mail services. This role focuses on talent assessment, staff development, and performance management while fostering a positive work culture and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of a small-medium size site while overseeing a small team of direct reports.
  • Prioritize multiple and competing priorities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate team vision and priorities to create a positive work culture.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Ricoh products and offerings to improve service delivery.
  • Manage production labor percentages and quality control labor as established by the company.
  • Implement and manage RICOH Service Excellence tools to improve operational quality.
  • Ensure achievement of Service Level Agreements and work with customers to enhance business processes.
  • Create a customer-focused environment through regular feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Assist in achieving goals in Audit and Deadline standards and compliance.
  • Ensure proper staffing by matching employee skills with production demands.
  • Motivate employees and recognize their accomplishments through Ricoh Recognizes programs.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate the work of subordinates to enhance output and quality.
  • Evaluate team member performance and provide career development opportunities.
  • Maintain daily contact with the customer to understand their requirements.
  • Identify gaps in service delivery and adjust processes accordingly.
  • Facilitate resolution of pricing, orders, and invoicing issues with the sales department.
  • Create and support site reporting, customer presentations, and business reviews.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
  • 2 years of managerial work experience strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of customer-facing work experience required.
  • Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of technology.
  • Proficient in Off 360.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in a law firm or legal environment is ideal.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as necessary.
