This position requires a blend of administrative skills and customer service, as the individual will be tasked with greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and taking notes and messages. The role also involves facilitating meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made for a seamless experience. In addition to front desk duties, the receptionist/secretary will assist clients both in-person and over the telephone, providing them with the necessary information and support. Managing appointment schedules is a key responsibility, which includes updating files and filing documents accurately. The role may also require occasional trips to the bank, courthouse, and recorder's office, making it essential for the candidate to be organized and reliable. This position is in-person and offers flexibility in terms of full-time or part-time hours, ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week, depending on the candidate's availability and the office's needs.
