The role also involves adopting new technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the department. The assistant will prepare quarterly reports and presentations for legal and compliance committees, support intellectual property processes, and assist in budget projections. Drafting correspondence for various legal matters, providing operational support to department members, and performing other job-related duties as assigned are also key components of this position.
