Legal Operations Processor - Payout and Release

About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Legal Operations Processor in the Deposit and Legal Services department as part of the Payout & Release team within Global Operations. This role involves supporting various operational tasks related to legal documents, improving customer service experiences, and providing training to less experienced team members. The position requires collaboration with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve departmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Support various operational tasks relating to writs of garnishment, levies, and other legal documents.
• Seek ways to improve customer service experience and determine proper course of action based on customer needs.
• Perform moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support tasks.
• Negotiate with external customers to assure resolutions and deadlines are met.
• Provide training to less experienced Operational Legal Specialists.
• Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Interact with internal customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Legal Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Nice-to-haves
