About the position

Randstad is seeking a remote Project Coordinator within the Client Services department, specifically tailored for individuals who excel in communication and project management. This role is pivotal in ensuring an outstanding client experience through effective problem resolution, budget management, and project execution. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager to facilitate meetings, manage deadlines, and maintain clear communication across various teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in a legal environment, which is considered a significant advantage. In this position, you will be responsible for participating in the development and implementation of best practices, conducting research on claim inquiries, and effectively communicating findings to clients, claimants, and other operational departments. You will also be tasked with providing project reporting and summaries, performing analysis to ensure quality assurance, drafting claimant letters, and creating project telephone scripts and website text. Additionally, you will assist in the development of business rules for claims processing and payments, making your role integral to the success of the projects you oversee.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager with meetings, deadline management, reporting, and communication.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of 'best practices'.
  • Research claim inquiries and appropriately communicate findings with clients, claimants, and/or other operational departments.
  • Research process issues and effectively communicate with project teams and other operational departments.
  • Provide project reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting and ensure quality assurance.
  • Draft claimant letters, draft project telephone scripts and website text.
  • Assist in the development of business rules for claims processing and payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2 years of experience in a legal or law environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor are essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Microsoft Excel, is required.
  • Familiarity with project coordination tools such as Smartsheets is necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a law firm or legal environment is a huge plus.
  • Background in Legal/QA/Documents is beneficial.
