About the position
The Sr Product Associate position offers a unique opportunity to work within a forward-thinking team focused on AI/ML initiatives at one of the world's leading financial institutions. This role involves collaborating with various Lines of Business (LOBs) to bring AI/ML use cases from concept to implementation, while developing skills in project management and business analysis. The position emphasizes hands-on experience in managing requirements gathering, planning, and execution of AI/ML projects, contributing to innovative solutions that drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with AI/ML, Operations, Technology and Product Managers to learn techniques for eliciting, specifying, discovering, and documenting AI/ML use case requirements.
- Track and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to LRCO/AI/ML projects as set by leadership.
- Support the AI/ML, Operations and Product teams by analyzing business needs and market opportunities for AI/ML applications.
- Assist in research, data collection, and analysis to inform AI/ML project planning and execution.
- Oversee AI/ML projects and provide status updates to leadership.
Requirements
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent experience in AI/ML, data analysis, or project management.
- Ability to work effectively in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Emerging knowledge of the AI/ML project lifecycle and product development processes.
- Understanding of basic analytics tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
- 5 or more years within the financial industry.
