About the position
The Legal & Regulatory Control Operations Sr Product Associate role is designed for individuals looking to engage with AI/ML initiatives within a leading financial institution. This position focuses on collaborating with various Lines of Business to transition AI/ML use cases from concept to execution, enhancing project management and business analysis skills while contributing to innovative solutions that propel the business forward.
Responsibilities
- Partner with AI/ML, Operations, Technology and Product Managers to learn techniques for eliciting, specifying, discovering, and documenting AI/ML use case requirements.
- Track and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to LRCO/AI/ML projects as set by leadership.
- Support the AI/ML, Operations and Product teams by analyzing business needs and market opportunities for AI/ML applications.
- Assist in research, data collection, and analysis to inform AI/ML project planning and execution.
- Oversee AI/ML projects and provide status updates to leadership.
Requirements
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent experience in AI/ML, data analysis, or project management.
- Ability to work effectively in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Emerging knowledge of the AI/ML project lifecycle and product development processes.
- Understanding of basic analytics tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
- 5 or more years within the financial industry.
