The manager will oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring high conversion rates from prospects to retained clients while maintaining exceptional client service standards. The role also involves team leadership, analytics, and reporting to drive performance and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition through inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Manage and optimize the full sales pipeline from lead generation to client retention.
  • Conduct initial client consultations and qualify potential cases.
  • Create compelling proposals and fee agreements.
  • Oversee the entire client intake/sales process.
  • Implement and maintain an efficient intake system that maximizes conversion rates.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all client information and case details.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to properly evaluate and assign cases.
  • Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical requirements during the intake process.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of intake specialists and sales personnel.
  • Set individual and team performance goals.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Implement best practices for client communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead conversion rates and client acquisition costs.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in legal services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems and legal practice management software.
  • Strong understanding of legal ethics and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
