Additionally, the role requires the organization and redaction of large document productions, which is critical in the litigation process. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with attorneys and clients, ensuring that all parties are well-informed and that the legal processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize large document productions, ensuring proper redaction and compliance with legal standards.
  • E-file documents and manage court filings in accordance with State and Federal Court rules.
  • Calendar law in motion and discovery deadlines, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with court schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys and clients, providing updates and clarifications as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in employment defense.
