We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Secretary to join our dynamic legal team at Ayad Law, PLLC. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the functioning of our legal practice. In this position, you will be tasked with preparing and filing legal documents, maintaining case files, and organizing legal materials on Ayad Law's server. You will also proofread, collate, and assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and contracts. Effective communication is key, as you will utilize your phone etiquette to interact with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters. Additionally, you will organize and maintain the office's administrative functions, including scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for the legal team. Collaboration with other staff members will be essential to achieve office goals and objectives, and you will perform other administrative tasks as necessary to support the legal team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and law clerks, including preparing and filing documents, maintaining case files, and organizing legal materials on Ayad Law's server.

Requirements
