The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of the legal office. As a Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to the functioning of the legal team. This includes managing correspondence, preparing legal documents, maintaining files, and assisting with case management. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will be required to proofread documents and ensure compliance with legal standards. Excellent communication skills are also necessary, as you will interact with clients, attorneys, and court personnel regularly. The firm values proficiency in technology, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook, as these tools are integral to daily operations. Familiarity with iManage and E-filing systems is preferred, as these platforms enhance efficiency in document management and filing processes. Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence and communication for attorneys.

  • Perform E-filing and manage electronic document storage using iManage.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of legal experience.
