Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar and coordinate travel for Partners & Associates.
  • Send approved communications on behalf of the Partner and Associates.
  • Handle a diverse range of administrative assignments.
  • Maintain independent judgment and gatekeeping of sensitive documents and external communication.
  • Organize and shift priorities in a consistently fast-paced environment.
  • E-file in PA and NJ, including both state and federal filings.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of litigation experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and proofreading skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain independent judgment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Westlaw.
