About the position

As a Level 1 Assistant Manager at Domino's, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of a high-volume store. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively manage a team and ensure that all aspects of the store run smoothly. You will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality food products while maintaining the standards set by Team Next Level and Domino's. Your work schedule will consist of two different shifts: an opening shift from 9 AM through the rush period and a closing shift from 4 PM until close. In this role, you will be tasked with not only managing the store's operations but also fostering a positive work environment.
