About the position

The Level 1 Technical Support Specialist at Insight Global will provide essential technical support to internal employees at a major International Manufacturing Infrastructure Technology company. This role focuses on troubleshooting various technical issues, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support troubleshooting to internal employees.
  • Assist with password resets and connection issues.
  • Resolve printer issues and other technical problems.
  • Manage a high volume of support tickets efficiently.
  • Reimage laptops for redeployment as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist.
  • Extensive experience supporting Microsoft products/programs.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to be agile and use deductive reasoning in problem-solving.
  • Experience servicing a high volume of tickets.
  • Previous experience reimaging laptops for redeployment.
  • Ability to research and learn independently.
  • Diploma, Degree or certificate in computer engineering, IT or a related field.
