We are seeking two Level 2 Service Desk Engineers to join our expanding team. Responsibilities

  • Answer support calls and provide clients with remote support
  • Administer and troubleshoot M365
  • Troubleshoot networks
  • Provide support through Azure Entra ID
  • Support client networks
  • Troubleshoot VMware & Hyper-V
  • Assist with projects (client onboardings and cloud migrations)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Microsoft cloud administration
  • At least 2 years working within a Managed Service Provider environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Server 2012, 2016, 2019)
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Cloud M365, Azure
  • Experience configuring firewalls
