About the position

We are seeking two Level 2 Service Desk Engineers to join our expanding team. Our organization specializes in emerging and complex technologies, providing tailored solutions to clients ranging from small businesses to larger enterprises across various sectors, including retail, restaurants, non-profits, and government. Responsibilities

  • Answer support calls and provide clients with remote support
  • Administer and troubleshoot M365
  • Troubleshoot networks
  • Provide Support through Azure Entra ID
  • Support Client Networks
  • Troubleshoot Vmware & HyperV
  • Assist with projects (client onboardings and cloud migrations)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Microsoft cloud administration
  • At least 2 years working within a Managed Service Provider environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Server 2012, 2016, 2019)
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Cloud M365, Azure
  • Experience configuring firewalls
