As a Level 1 Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of high-volume stores. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to develop their skills and grow their careers. The starting pay for this role ranges from $14 to $16 an hour, with the potential for additional earnings through profit sharing. The work hours are flexible, allowing for up to 45 hours a week, which can accommodate various schedules. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of the store
• Support the management team in achieving sales targets
• Help train and develop team members
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
• Handle cash management and financial reporting

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to advance
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of financial management
