About the position
Lewis Apartment Communities is actively recruiting for a full-time, personable and responsible individual for the important career of Night Service Manager at Homecoming at The Preserve, our large, upscale Lewis-owned community in Chino, CA. This full-time evening and night hour career (approx. 9:00pm-6:00am for 8-hour shifts) would provide supervision of the community by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive, proactive manner. Parking enforcement, property patrols, minor maintenance trouble-shooting to assist our residents, and an overall 'customer service-first approach' to Lewis residents will be just part of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the community during night hours by enforcing rules and regulations.
- Conduct parking enforcement and property patrols.
- Assist residents with minor maintenance troubleshooting.
- Document and write up shift reports and daily logs for community activity and resident service.
- Direct and handle automobile towing situations.
- Act as a liaison with city/county police, fire, and other emergency services.
- Distribute resident correspondence, newsletters, citations, or other communications after-hours.
Requirements
- Previous military, public safety, law enforcement and/or customer service management experience highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with the public/customers.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
- Self-supervise and work independently.
