About the position

The Lexus Bartender at Crypto.com Arena is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner while adhering to liquor regulations. This role involves maintaining the bar area, ensuring product quality, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.
• Sets up assigned bars and stocks all necessary supplies.
• Maintains stock and prepares fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes.
• Greets guests and takes drink orders, mixing and presenting drinks accordingly.
• Checks guests for proper identification and detects signs of inebriation.
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, and records charges accurately.
• Locks up and stores all beverage products and cash securely.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards.
• Arranges bottles and glasses for an attractive display in the bar area.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• Ability to mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to greet guests courteously.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
