About the position

The Outside Sales Consultant position at Leaf Filter involves engaging with homeowners to provide gutter protection solutions. This role is designed for motivated sales professionals who are ready to leverage their skills in a commission-based environment, with the potential to earn between $80,000 and $220,000 annually. The position emphasizes a structured sales process without the need for cold calling, allowing consultants to focus on pre-scheduled appointments and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the greater Metro area.
• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
• Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver's license (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

• Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement.
