About the position

As an LG Home Theater Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting, demonstrating, and selling home theater products, with a strong emphasis on the LG brand. Your journey begins with comprehensive training that equips you with the knowledge and skills necessary to become an expert in home theater technology. Once trained, your primary responsibility will be to simplify complex technology concepts, making them accessible to customers. This will enable them to understand the unique value of each product, enhancing their shopping experience. In addition to direct customer interaction, you will collaborate closely with sales associates, sharing your expertise about LG products. This teamwork is essential to ensure that the entire team is well-prepared to assist customers effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, particularly regarding new home theater technologies, which will be vital in keeping the department organized and ready to serve customers. Your role will also involve providing valuable feedback on products and customer engagement. This will be achieved through regular communication with vendor partners and market teams, both via calls and in-person meetings. Your insights will help shape the customer experience and product offerings in the store.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics
