As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading and shaping strategic projects that will drive accelerated growth in core markets and brands, aligning with LATAM and Global Exports strategies. You will be accountable for the LGX growth plan, focusing on equity building, innovation, geographic expansion, and identifying white space opportunities within various brands and strategic commercial partners. As a growth hacker, you will design effective routes to expand the business, engaging cross-functional stakeholders and partners towards key strategic initiatives linked to brand and business goals. This includes market gap identification, commercialization, and go-to-market launch planning for key initiatives across multiple geographies. Your role will involve developing growth strategies and rationales to set a future vision for business growth, anticipating consumer, customer, and channel behaviors, as well as competitors' strategic moves. You will transform consumer insights into actionable plans, contributing key inputs to the Strategic Plan while driving strategic focus. You will bridge with brand keepers to ensure consistent expression of brand equity and lead the development of mid-term and long-term strategies that will fuel growth across multiple categories. Additionally, you will manage new multi-year innovation platforms and ensure a smooth transition to brand teams for ongoing business management. This position requires the ability to drive brand and business growth agendas, proactively anticipate project obstacles, and demonstrate flexibility in seeking alternative solutions. You will need to extract relevant information to draw meaningful insights and make tactical business decisions using sound judgment and analysis. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to engage a diverse team and ensure alignment across all markets.
