About the position

The Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will be responsible for conducting intake assessments and providing clinical support in a detox center. This role is crucial in ensuring that clients receive appropriate evaluations and treatment plans tailored to their individual needs. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate the recovery process and ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for clients entering the detox program.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide clinical support and counseling to clients during their detoxification process.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and other clinicians to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss client care and treatment strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed behavioral health clinician (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
  • Experience in substance use disorder treatment and detoxification processes.
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
