About the position

The Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician for SA Residential is responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to residents in a structured residential setting. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to support individuals in their recovery journey. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and promote positive outcomes for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
  • Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid state license as a Behavioral Health Clinician.
  • Experience in providing mental health services in a residential setting.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
