About the position

The Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will provide mental health services to clients in a supportive and therapeutic environment. This role focuses on assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy sessions. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients dealing with various behavioral health issues.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in case reviews and team meetings to discuss client care.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Behavioral Health Clinician.
  • Experience in providing mental health services in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or the elderly.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
