About the position

The Licensed Call Center Insurance Agent is responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. This role involves soliciting new business, maintaining current accounts, and achieving sales production goals. The agent will build and leverage client relationships, educate customers on suitable products, and ensure accurate transaction accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
  • Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve sales production goals.
  • Build relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
  • Accurately account for all currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank.
  • Educate and advise customers on suitable insurance products.

Requirements

  • Valid Property & Casualty License required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Sales or customer service experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ambitious and motivated by opportunities for advancement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
