About the position

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Behavioral Health team. This role involves delivering a range of clinical social work services, including behavioral health and case management. Responsibilities include conducting bio-psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical interventions, and discharge planning in a high-intensity environment. The position requires applying expertise in substance abuse assessment and treatment, as well as connecting clients with community resources to address their diverse needs. This position requires a solid understanding of clinical social work theory and practice, evidence-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Conducting bio-psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical interventions, and discharge planning in a high-intensity environment.
• Applying expertise in substance abuse assessment and treatment.
• Connecting clients with community resources to address their diverse needs.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in California.
• Minimum of two years providing direct clinical social work services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Advanced knowledge of psychotherapy, counseling theory, and evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches to behavioral health.
• Awareness of the cultural and spiritual needs of the American Indian/Alaska Native population.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
